CRAPS ODDS
Posted by philip under Casino
Calculating craps odds & probability can be difficult. Yet it is not as difficult as one might think. You have to look at the number of potential outcomes. There are thirty-six possible outcomes “ there are eleven possible totals, two through twelve. See, there is only one to roll a two or a twelve. Roll a one or a six on each dye. Since the total number of combinations is thirty-six, the probability of getting a two is only a one out of thirty-six.
The formula for calculating the craps odds for rolling the craps table is pretty simple. You have to divide the total by the number of combinations that will make the total. Since, there are six combinations, which will total seven, the probability of rolling a seven is thirty-six divided by six, that is one out of six chances. However, these are not craps strategies & thus, it is better to follow the craps rules & play craps.
